Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygienic liners are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
